A Medical Secretary/Bookkeeper needed for our busy cardiac research clinic part-time. Candidate must be able to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the manager to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Must be a multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment. Job duties will include, but not limited to:
Managing A/R and A/P duties.
Must have advanced experience in QuickBooks and MS Office.
Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Will perform routine bill payments, deposits, bookkeeping, and monthly reconciliations.
Assemble, organize and maintain paper and electronic records.
Mail-out / Fax / File / Scan documents.
Will perform heavy clerical duties, filing, and sorting.
Must have a reliable vehicle and current Driver's License in order to run errands as needed.
