Cardiothoracic Surgeon Opportunity – Denver Suburb

We are seeking two experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeons to join a thriving, hospital-employed practice in a vibrant university community just outside Denver. Position Highlights:

• Join an integrated team of 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons and 3 CT Surgical PAs
• Collaborate with a robust group of 12 physicians and 10 Cardiology APPs
• 1:4 call schedule offering work-life balance
• Practice located in a highly desirable Denver suburb, offering easy access to city amenities and outdoor recreation

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Prior Cardiothoracic Surgery experience required
• Strong clinical skills with commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Negotiable starting salary based on experience
• Signing bonus and production bonuses
• Annual quality bonus equal to 10% of base salary
