  • Responsibilities

    As an essential team member of the registrar office, this position is responsible for set-up and maintenance of the college catalogs and degree audit system. This individual must determine if the system is properly configured, input the necessary parameters, test and confirm that the catalogs & degree audits are properly working in the system(s). This individual must have significant PeopleSoft experience particularly in the areas of academic advisement, student records, college curriculum/course structure, reporting, troubleshooting and testing.  

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years of Higher Education Experience including 3 years working with PeopleSoft Administration Systems
    • Preferred experience with Catalog and Curriculum Management Systems (Acalog, Currriculog, Courseleaf)
    • Higher Education, specifically Curriculum Management, Catalog, and Degree Audit
    • PeopleSoft Student Information Systems experience required 
    • Experience with Student Records and Enrollment
    • Demonstrated technical abilities including queries and reporting
    • Excellent problem solving skills and good communication skills

    • Competent technical skills required to complete engineering tasks
