This is a hands-on role driving execution of brand materials for Kayser-Roth, with main focus on HUE and Utopia by Hue. May be called upon to support No Nonsense, Private Label opportunities, and new business as available. Key creative partner to Marketing in evolving, exploring and applying our visual identity and brand equity.
- Work directly with the marketing team to execute the brand’s look/feel and creative vision of HUE and other brands
- Create and lead seasonal packaging design for HUE product line, incorporating innovative visual design, copy, and brand assets, while being mindful of retail environment and consumer mindset. Execution of individualized solutions for select retailers.
- Remain aware of packaging trends and solutions in the marketplace and initiate as appropriate for HUE
- Oversee photo shoots in partnership with Marketing team to ensure visual direction
Work closely with retouchers to ensure quality of images, and that photographs accurately represent product attributes and color correctness
- Manage photo assets
- Partner with copywriter and assist with managing freelance graphic designers and other resources and partners as needed
- Conceptulaize and execute showroom design and décor for Market Weeks
- Develop layouts for in-store graphics, digital assets, etc.
- Enhance presentation deck aesthetics and animations
- Additional responsibilities & projects as assigned
Required Skills
- Degree in Graphic or Web Design, Marketing, or related field required.
- 8+ years of Professional Graphic Design experience. Fashion or Retail experience a plus.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinker
- Experience with print media and production
- Extremely proficient in Adobe software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated with ability to prioritize projects and effectively manage deadlines
- Invites feedback and has a “thick skin” that allows input not to be taken personally
