Job Summary:
As a Care Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities of our clients and ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will assist with personal care, daily living activities, and foster a nurturing environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with personal care routines, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Help clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' physical and emotional condition to the supervising nurse or caregiver.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Assist clients with medication management, as directed and in accordance with company policy.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to enhance their quality of life.
- Implement care plans and document client progress and daily activities accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including sanitizing personal spaces and assisting with laundry and housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients and their families.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate openly with clients and families.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in health care, such as a CNA or HHA, are a plus.
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude towards clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as required.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
