Care Center Manager (RN)

We are currently searching for a Hospice Nurse Manager to join one of the best companies in the industry. They are a very progressive, well run and financially stable Hospice organization in the Boynton Beach, FL area. Since 1978, they have been serving the community in Southeast Florida.

• $84,000 to $105,000 Depending on Experience
• Monday – Friday 11:00 am to 7:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Managing a Field Team, Training, Scheduling and Support
• Overseeing Patient Care Quality and Consistency
• Coordinating With Physicians and Other Team Members
• Supporting Patients and Families
• Serves as Team Leader
• Clinical Support Person For Staff

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse in the State of Florida
• Leadership Experience
• Recent Hospice, Oncology, Med Surg or Home Health
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Experience in Home Health or Hospice Preferred (NOT REQUIRED)
