    Job Summary

    Achieve Concierge is looking for a compassionate and reliable Coordinator to join our team. Our Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating client services and maintenance, with a focus on quality and consistency. The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical setting and the ability to work independently or as a team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care, coordination, and compliance with policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    Coordinate client services, including case management, medication adherence, and other services as needed

    Maintain accurate records of client data and communicate with referring practices

    Ensure compliance with practice policies and procedures

    Provide support to the client and staff in the office

    Maintain contact with referring practices/schools and respond to their needs promptly

    Respond to client calls or concerns in a timely and professional manner

    Perform other duties as assigned

    Skills/Qualifications

    Previous experience in a clinical office setting (1 year preferred)

    Previous experience in a customer service setting (1 year preferred)

    Ability to work independently or as a team member, depending on the needs of the agency

    Ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency level and workload requirements

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

    Strong communication skills (written & verbal) required

    Computer skills, including Microsoft Office

    Using databases specific to an organization to manage patient data

    Personal skills

    Excellent communicator

    Empathy, compassion, and patience

    Skilled at coordinating and organizing

    Multitasking
