Your Mission Keep our clients cared for and our caregivers supported by running a tight, reliable schedule every single day.

You Will:

Own the scheduling function end‑to‑end

Jump on call‑offs and fill shifts with speed and creativity

Build relationships with caregivers so they want to pick up shifts

Use scheduling platforms like AxisCare, WellSky, ClearCare, or similar tools

Partner with the owner on intake, staffing strategy, and workflow design

Help create the systems and processes that will scale the business

Participate in the on‑call rotation as part of our shared commitment to reliability
