We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Care Coordinator to support our growing non-medical home care team at Executive Home Care of Conway, AR.
This role is perfect for a caregiver who is ready to take the next step into leadership and client support while still remaining involved in hands-on care. You will play an important role in supporting caregivers, ensuring clients receive excellent care, and helping maintain strong relationships with the families we serve.

Key Responsibilities
Client Assessments & Care Planning
Assist with in-home client assessments
Support the development and updates of individualized care plans
Help ensure caregivers understand and follow each client’s care plan
Caregiver Support & Training
Introduce new caregivers to clients at the start of services
Provide follow-up training and support when needed
Serve as a resource for caregivers in the field
Client Relationship Support
Conduct occasional client check-ins to help ensure satisfaction
Communicate updates or concerns regarding client care
Help maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and families
Backup Care Coverage
Provide hands-on caregiving when needed
Assist with filling shifts when coverage gaps occur
Model excellent caregiving standards for the team

Qualifications
Previous experience in non-medical home care or caregiving
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Natural leadership ability and willingness to mentor others
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
Demonstrated reliability, strong attendance, and commitment to client care
