Care Coordinator (Front of House | Patient Experience + Care Guidance)
Benefits:
Paid time off
This is hospitality-sales driven, patient-centered role for someone who values structure, communication, and guiding people toward meaningful change.
Who We Are
At SUVARNA, we believe your nervous system is the foundation of everything—how you feel, how you heal, and how you show up in your life.
Our care is structured, intentional, and rooted in guiding patients back to balance through a clear, phase-based approach that integrates chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, and regenerative therapies.
This is not a high-volume, transactional clinic. This is a space where people come to be seen, understood, and guided.
The Role
We’re looking for someone who can hold the front of house not just operationally, but energetically.
This role blends patient experience, scheduling strategy, and confident communication around care plans.
You are helping patients understand what they need and guiding them into a path that actually gets them results.
Schedule
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
What You’ll Do
• Welcome patients in a way that feels grounded, calm, and intentional • Guide patients through care plan options (prepaid and insurance) with clarity and confidence • Advance schedule patients through their full phase of care, not just one visit at a time • Support conversion from new patient visits into active care plans • Maintain an organized, elevated front desk experience • Coordinate scheduling across providers to optimize flow and availability • Communicate clearly with the clinical team to ensure alignment in patient care
What You’re Responsible For
• Helping patients move from consideration to commitment • Creating consistency in the schedule and minimizing gaps • Holding structure around care so patients stay on track • Supporting the financial flow of the clinic through clear, confident communication • Preparing and resetting treatment rooms as needed • Maintaining the overall look, feel, and standard of the space
Who You Are
• Naturally warm, but grounded and confident • Comfortable discussing pricing and care plans without hesitation • Able to guide decisions without being pushy • Organized, detail-oriented, and visually aware • Comfortable holding structure and boundaries • Able to read the room and respond with intention
You do not need a clinical background, but you should be comfortable learning and speaking to our care model.
This Role Is Not For You If
• You avoid conversations about pricing or commitment • You prefer to present options without guiding decisions • You are uncomfortable leading conversations or holding structure
What Success Looks Like
• Patients are scheduled through their full care phases • Reduced drop-off after initial visits • A calm, organized, and elevated front desk experience • Clear, confident communication in every interaction • A schedule that feels intentional, full, and well-managed
