Right at Home is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Care Coordinator (Scheduler) to join our Rancho Cucamonga team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our clients receive timely, consistent, and high-quality in-home care by managing caregiver schedules and maintaining smooth communication between all parties.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and manage schedules for caregivers to meet client needs
Respond to client inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts
Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers in a professional and compassionate manner
Work to fill open shifts promptly and effectively
Conduct potential caregiver outreach and assist with onboarding
Answer after-hours calls as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and records
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in staffing, scheduling, or administrative support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization and time management abilities
Detail-oriented, dependable, and flexible
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
