About CMC: The Care Management Coalition of Western New York (CMC) is a collaborative nonprofit that supports nonprofit agencies across the Western New York community. Based in the Broadway–Fillmore neighborhood, CMC provides shared space, coordinated building operations, and strong administrative and financial systems that allow partner organizations to focus on their mission. As CMC strengthens its internal operations, it is investing in its workplace, systems, and staff to support continued impact.
Position Summary: CMC is seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to help anchor daily operations during a period of meaningful organizational change and expansion. This role is the hub for building operations and front desk activity, while also supporting program documentation and key administrative and financial functions. Backed by years of community commitment and collaboration, CMC is investing in its infrastructure and people—offering this position the chance to build skills, take on new responsibilities, and contribute to a dynamic and evolving organization.
