What You’ll Do:

As our Care Operations Coordinator, you’re at the intersection of patient care, admin operations, and clinic flow. You’re the first and last face our patients see — and your energy sets the tone.

Core Responsibilities:

Greet and care for patients with warmth and professionalism

Coordinate scheduling and manage appointment flow

Verify benefits, handle insurance authorizations, and assist with billing processes

Support new patient onboarding and intake

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold HIPAA standards

Liaise between departments and providers to support efficient communication

Assist with records management, supply ordering, and front office systems

Support special projects, new workflows, and future leadership opportunities
