We are currently hiring for PM (2 pm-10 pm) and NOC (10 pm-6 am) shifts. Job Responsibilities: • Provide personal care assistance to residents according to individual care plans. • Document and report any changes in resident health or behaviors to the appropriate supervisor. • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. • Engage residents in social activities and recreational programs to promote socialization and well-being. • Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents by following infection control and safety protocols. • Pass medication. Job Qualifications • 18 years and older • Must be dependable Responsibilities: • Drive patients as needed, for grocery shopping, running errands, or doctors’ visits, when necessary • Support patients to help them complete personal hygiene tasks like bathing, grooming, toileting, shaving, dressing, etc. • Implement ambulation methods, and assist patients in completing physical therapy and exercises as indicated in the care plan • Supervise medications and assist patient in organizing, refilling, and taking medications, as well as meal planning and preparation • Administer basic medical tasks like taking vital signs, measuring glucose and ketone levels, replacing bandages and dressings, and ensuring the proper use of medical devices • Administer Medications: Dispense medications as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN), maintaining an annual error rate of no more than one mistake. • Resident Response: Attend to resident call lights within 10 minutes to ensure responsive and attentive care. • Light Housekeeping: Perform regular light housekeeping in resident rooms at least once weekly to promote a clean and comfortable living space. • Service Charting: Accurately document all services provided without missing tasks, ensuring compliance with company standards.
