HomeWell Care Services is seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Care Supervisor to oversee client care, support caregivers, and ensure high-quality service delivery throughout the community.
This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience in home care or healthcare who is passionate about helping seniors and supporting caregivers.

Responsibilities
Oversee care services for assigned clients
Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits
Support, coach, and monitor caregiver performance
Maintain care plans and client documentation
Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff
Resolve client care concerns professionally and promptly
Assist with scheduling continuity and service coordination
Ensure quality care and compliance with agency standards
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in home care, healthcare, or care coordination
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required
