    JOB TITLE: Talent Acquisition Specialist (seasonal)

     

    POSITION SUMMARY:

     

    Under the direction of the department manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for performing a variety of professional, entry-level duties to obtain practical experience in the field of talent acquisition. Tasks may include scheduling interviews, reviewing job boards, monitoring spreadsheets, and operating an applicant tracking system.

     

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Organize recruiting spreadsheets consisting of candidate trackers, job fair schedules and blizzard project plans.
    • Track the accuracy of candidate profiles in our applicant tracking system.
    • Responsible for assisting with the completion of departmental projects as assigned while adhering to departmental and compliance guidelines.
    • Collaborates with other employees in the department on business initiatives.
    • Performs any other tasks as needed.

     

    REQUIREMENTS & MINIMUM SKILLS: 

     

    • Recent college graduates preferred or at least 1 year experience
    • Must be skilled using Excel and Google Sheets
    • Excellent communication (written, oral, interpersonal) and grammar skills.
    • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
    • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:  

     

    CareMetx will provide you with the necessary hardware needed to work remotely. Any items assigned to you remain the property of the company to be used to perform the responsibilities of your job responsibilities and must be returned to the company upon request or when you depart. You will be responsible to ensure proper internet connectivity, a secure network and workspace which will allow for the privacy needed to perform your job responsibilities.

     

    SCHEDULE:   

     

    Will be determined based on Intern’s schedule and departmental needs.
