    WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A CLIENT OFFICER (CO) AUTOMOTIVE - THAT WILL FOCUS ON CONNECTED CAR, AUTONOMOUS, SHARED MOBILITY AND ELECTRIFICATION (CASE)

     

    ROLE SUMMARY

     

    Ensure client relationship excellence, and drive business development, sales growth and value creation for the portfolio of key assigned automotive and non-automotive clients.  Bring to the client the best of our Ipsos Service Lines offerings and be the “Voice of the Client” among Ipsos research and consulting Service Line teams.  Bring a unique blend of both left brain (analytical) and right-brain (creative) attributes on our client’s b2b and consumer problems. 

     

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

     

    • Thought leadership on CASE within U.S. and in collaboration with Global Automotive Lead
    • Work with service lines to develop product strategy as it relates to CASE
    • Client and market strategy
    • Achieve revenue targets for each client of the portfolio
    • Build and manage client relationships in account plans while ensuring Service Line collaboration
    • Manage the opportunity pipeline and report progress to chief client officer within U.S.
    • Ensure quality of information in the financial and CRM systems

     

    WHAT YOU NEED:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience, including:
      • Client relationship management
      • Consulting or client side experience a plus
      • Proven established portfolio of clients,
      • Multi-stakeholder relationship management,
      • C-Suites relationship management,
      • Proven revenue generation experience
    • Preference given to candidates with strong knowledge on CASE
    • Market Research and general growth strategy knowledge
    • Organizationally savvy
    • Advisory – strategic thinking and insight
    • Business and commercial acumen
    • Financial and pricing acumen (including negotiating).
    • Issue / Crisis Management
    • Risk Management
