  • Responsibilities

    PURPOSE:

    To provide hardware and software technical support for computer, telephone and other equipment to the corporate and store locations.  This position may also entail website development and support.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES;

    • Provides PC/software configuration, installation and troubleshooting support to users.
    • Provides networking configuration and troubleshooting support.
    • Provides minor support and maintenance on printers, copiers, phones, faxes and other IT related equipment.
    • Manage Office 365 user accounts
    • Mobile devise management for end user devices
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    This position does not supervise others.

    Required Skills

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Completed or participating in a relevant field of study from an accredited school/college.

     

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • Demonstrated knowledge of PC’s, computing equipment, networking, printers and other IT concepts.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of software, including; Microsoft Office, MS-Windows and other operating systems,
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft 365 application, specifically SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook Online.
    • Ability to set up secure access for end users.
    • Excellent verbal, written communication, and listening skills.
    • Outstanding internal and external customer service skills.

     

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    • Occasionally stooping, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
    • Regularly standing, sitting, reaching, talking/hearing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
    • Ability to travel independently to stores regularly with occasional overnight travel.

     

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    Corporate office, store and warehouse environment.

     

    WORK SCHEDULE:

    Full Time, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm, may vary due to business needs.

    After hours support as needed.
