Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to completion and distribution.

Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle, from product release through maintenance of the product and end of life decisions.

Promotes investigation and application of new technologies and industry trends to product management activities.

As a member of Device Solutions Engineering team, you will be leading the engineering design, write Device Specifications, Test Plans and Implementation/Integration activities.

You will have opportunities to lead the design of new mobile devices; Smartphones, Tablets, M2M/IoT, Wearable's & UICCs.

This team works closely with other technical teams to develop solutions that span across Network, IT and Mobile Device OEMs. 

Work within the team as a problem solver, proposing ideas and developing solutions that meet business constraints. 

Analyze, develop creative solutions and integrate/implement into production; as well as define technical roadmap and communicate to internal stakeholders and to OEMs at various levels within the organization.

Position Requirements:

• UICC design and development experience. Strong knowledge of UICC architecture and protocols e.g. BIP, RFM, RAM.
• Knowledge/experience with GSMA eUICC implementations for both M2M & Consumer RSP architectures.
• Will be a Subject Matter Expert within one or multiple domains (Telecom, Device (Android OS) and Services, IT Architecture Solutions).
• Strong knowledge of 3GPP and 3GPP2 architectures with a focus towards Network Attachment, Registration and Authentication protocols/procedure

• Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school 
• Three years product design experience
• Three years project management experience
• Three years product technology experience
