POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for interviewing, referring and hiring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative, clinical and management positions throughout the Company. Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical, clinical, specialized functions in the Company, a basic understanding of the Company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruits qualified candidates for each market and coordinates the development of strategic and comprehensive recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of the company.
Manages all aspects of the recruiting systems, such as the ATS
Provides detailed information to candidates regarding the company compensation plan
Follows up with the candidate throughout recruitment process to include developing and implementing recruiting strategies for new centers / markets
Determines marketing & recruiting approaches through recruitment planning; provide counsel and direction to hiring leaders
Analyzes the information provided on a prospective employees’ application forms, and conducts a personal interview.
Manages the recruitment process to ensure compliance with all EEO and OFCCP laws
Performs other duties as assigned
Acts with honesty and integrity in all business transactions, including, but not limited to, employment applications/resumes, patient records, time records, and financial transactions.
