What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide top-quality personal care and support to clients throughout Montgomery County
Be the first face clients see when starting services, ensuring a strong start of care
Train, mentor, and support fellow caregivers
Drive to and from client homes and facilities as needed
Identify changes in client condition and collaborate with the office team to update care plans
Maintain accurate notes and reports through AxisCare
Be available one week per month for on-call (after probationary period)
What You’ll Need to Bring:
4 years experience as a Home Health Aide / Caregiver
Strong communication, adaptability, and time management
Willingness to work throughout our service area
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Negative TB test
Service Area Includes-Collegeville, Norristown, King of Prussia, Pottstown, Royersford, Trappe, Phoenixville, and surrounding areas.
