A top-tier commercial real estate company is seeking a Leasing Manager responsible for managing the leasing agreements for their large healthcare portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Leasing, this will be a crucial role on the Leasing team and will lead the analysis for new lease and renewal transactions for their key third party partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing and revenue goals for Class-A assets in portfolio
• Analyze and approve new lease and renewal transactions and their economics
• Manage and direct leasing partners and develop and deploy strategic plans for specific properties and markets
• Work closely with asset management and acquisitions team to help identify and execute on development of key projects
• Establish and develop relationships with health systems, developers and tenants in portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field
• 2+ years of experience in real estate leasing or brokerage
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time across the mid-west and East Coast
• Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and and the entire Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills and thrives in a collaborative, corporate environment
