A tier-1 commercial real estate company is seeking a Sr. Associate, Investor Relations to join their rapidly growing team. Working closely with the Managing Director of Capital Markets, the Senior IR Associate will manage client accounts and new relationships as well as support product launches and fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly and annual investor presentations and reporting, working closely with fellow IR Associates and Director of IR and Capital Markets
• Manage communications between company and existing investors
• Oversee firm’s investor portal and ensure clients have real time access to portfolio activity and operational outlook
• Manage quarterly input to investment consultant databases and providing feedback to fund reporting and overall operations  
• Play key role in development and execution of marketing plans and timelines for product launches and work closely with legal team in the development offering memorandums, partnership agreements, subscription agreements, etc.
• Complete RFPs and DDQs in support of the firm’s capital raising efforts.
• Participate in investor and board meetings with key members of company

Requirements

• Bachelors in Finance, Business, Real Estate or related field. Master's a plus
• 3+ years of Investor Relations experience, real estate background a plus
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate and investments 
• Excellent communication skills, along with strong organizational, software and administrative skills
• Thrives in a results-driven, corporate environment
