A world-class, global manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Operations, the Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the sales and logistics team with managing customer relationships, taking sales orders and order entry across multiple products lines.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales, logistics, and product development teams
• Apply deep, detailed knowledge to assist customers and sales teams
• Handle day-to-day interactions with customers
• Record sales data and assist with data reporting across large software systems
• Manage both domestic and international orders, including commercial invoices and packing lists
• Report exceptions for major clients (pricing variance, late shipments, payments, etc.) to Director
• Assist with special projects, including sales promotions and streamlining order flow

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of logistics, sales, or customer service experience within a large, corporate environment
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field a plus
• Knowledge of large ERP or CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to develop your career with a solid, global company
• Strong sense of urgency, self-motivated and thrives in a fun, fast-paced corporate environment
