Finance Manager - Commercial Real Estate

A top-tier real estate company in Orange County is seeking a Finance Manager to join their Corporate Finance team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, the Finance Manager will play a key role monthly and quarterly reporting and assisting with the annual budget and monthly forecast. 

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly reporting, including same store analysis, capital expenditure reportings and cash flow and distribution analysis
• Play key role in annual budgeting and monthly forecast and budget to actual variance reporting
• Assist with supplemental and 10Q and10K disclosures
• Prepare and categorize certain expenses for public reporting purposes
• Participate in special projects, including systems implementations and upgrades

Requirements

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Previous corporate finance experience with publicly traded company
• Strong Excel skills along with large ERP systems experience such as SAP
• Previous real estate or healthcare experience preferred, not required
• Excellent communication skills and a team player

This is an excellent role for an experienced Finance Manager or Accounting Manager with a strong corporate finance background. This is a contract role and a great opportunity for someone between jobs. 4 - 6 month engagement.
