We are looking for a true “HUNTER”, a driven, articulate, relationship builder, who is passionate about sales to help build Career Concepts Search Groups' brand and expansion efforts.

Responsibilities:

• The Account Executive is responsible for developing new client accounts
• Cold call, send campaign emails, generate leads, prospect, and attend client meetings
• Assist with the execution of contracts
• Strategize and create call plans to achieve target goals
• Record all account activity

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience selling to small companies, start-ups, Mid-Market and Enterprise companies
• Staffing Industry experience HIGHLY preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong business acumen and ability to focus on client needs and provide white glove customer service
• Must have access to your own sales tools for identifying decision makers
• Ability to successfully work remote owning your own phone and computer
• Book of business highly preferred
