    Leading and long established Real Estate Property Management company seeking seasoned Property Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple buildings in the Metro NY area including New York City, Bronx, Westchester, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island. A suitable portfolio with buildings in proximity will be offered.

    Must be self-driven, reliable and able to manage large portfolio (multiple buildings with many rental units) in fast paced setting. Must have clean driver's license and car. Must have previous similar experience in NYC real estate market.

    Will work cross functionally with both internal and external customers including tenants, vendors, government officials, etc.

    Duties include: Construction management:

    Review renovation/maintenance/repairs contracts

    Track all ongoing projects including progress, budgets, changes to scope of work

    Perform site visits to review ongoing work and general condition of properties

    Work with vendors to schedule renovations and repairs

    Project management

    Leasing

    Assist with new tenant lease applications

    Coordinate with building Superintendents to schedule apartment walk-throughs for soon to be vacant units

    Tenant Relations

    Address resident concerns and maintenance requests in a timely manner

    Prepare and distribute tenant communications and notices

    Accounts Receivable

    Collections on tenant rent payments

    Resolving A/R disputes through intensive research and collaboration

    Compliance

    Partner with regulatory agencies ie: DOH, DOB, etc., regarding violations, ensuring timely and suitable reversals through appropriate action

    Requirements:

    4+ years relevant property management experience in high volume setting Knowledge NYC apartment market and rent stabilization laws Experience with government agencies ie: Section 8, SCRIE, DRIE, FDNY, etc. Time Management Excellent communication skills Residential experience MUST MS Office skills
