Long established Real Estate company in Great Neck has an excellent opportunity for a Collections Specialist, responsible for all tenant collections issues, including but not limited to past due balance collections and accounts receivable. Must be detail oriented, assertive, organized and thrive in a fast paced environment. MUST REPORT TO OFFICE IN GREAT NECK FULL TIME MON-FRI.

PREVIOUS CONSUMER COLLECTIONS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; R/E experience a real plus!!

Responsibilities:

Review tenant accounts/aging reports for a huge portfolio of properties in the Metro NY area to evaluate and determine action plans pertaining to past due balances.

Be polite and professional in all situations while negotiating payment arrangements.

Bilingual (Spanish and/or Armenian a real plus!)

Salary: to $57k

Schedule: Monday to Friday; Mon-Thurs, 9-5:30pm, Fri 9-4pm
