Job Description

A leading healthcare software company based in San Francisco is seeking a Clinical Project Assistant to join their team! In this role, you will support the Clinical and Product Management teams in building and maintaining COVID-19 products and services. We are looking for a qualified candidate who has strong research and analytical skills, exceptional communications skills, and basic knowledge of the public health infrastructure.

This is a largely remote, 6-12 month contract opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct Local Regulatory Guidance Research
• Develop expertise in regulatory guidance including approach for monitoring, testing, contact tracing, and timelines for employers to return-to-work
• Maintain a database of local government, public health, and industry regulations on returning to work safely during COVID
• Support development of relevant tracking tools and other internal processes
• Analyze data and draw insights to inform return-to-work product offerings, employer clients, and internal teams
• Source locations for COVID-19 test locations through partnerships with local health departments, independent investigations, and leveraging health care provider relationships
• Utilize database, spreadsheets, etc. to track and prepare study specific information
• Provide day-to-day support to product management leaders building tools and products
• Assist in testing new features and creating training materials

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree
• Experience in healthcare or public health preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently
• Highly attentive to detail and organized
• Good problem-solving and research skills
• Strong orientation to team culture and cross-functionality
