A Private Equity Firm based in San Francisco is actively looking for a talented Copywriter/Proofreader to support their hardworking Investor Relations team! We are looking for someone well-organized professional with exceptional writing skills who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks and deadlines. This is an ASAP long term contract role and with varying hours which requires a high response time and ability to work flexible hours, as you will be dealing with time sensitive information and projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with proofreading and editing a variety of communications and documents

• Work closely with the Investor Relations team to deliver highly important reports

• Write, edit, and maintain deal demos and quarterly investor letters

• Follow industry best practices and apply them to the firm’s communications

• Support the team with ad hoc projects and assignments

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with professional writing/editing ideally in the finance industry or for a publication

• Outstanding written communication and proofreading skills

• Grammar expert

• Flexible availability and ability to work on short notice

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

• Ability to remain discreet when dealing with sensitive information
