A Leading Healthcare Software Company based in San Francisco is seeking an HR Strategist to join their team on a temp basis! This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a data driven approach to problem solving and a detail-oriented mindset to deliver quality and on-time implementations.

Please note, this a 100% remote contract role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Deliver high quality, detailed configurations by agreed-upon timelines
• Assist in investigating and solving product issues related to configuration
• Partner with internal teams to ensure understanding and complete scoping and timely delivery of product configurations
• Continuous contribution to process improvement
• Provide guidance to customers and other internal teams as to best practices
• Run internal testing of product configurations; gather feedback from the customer and/or internal teams and implement requested changes
• Assist in delivering language launches and updates
• Work with third parties to define and test data ingestion
• Experience working with mobile applications
• Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Skilled and organized project manager; someone who loves driving projects to completion
• Relentlessly dedicated to the quality and improvement of quality of their own work
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience working under multiple strict deadlines
• Effective communicator, both verbal and written; professional and sophisticated demeanor
• Organized and detail-oriented workstyle
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Jira
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Background in HR or health administration preferred
