Act as the face and voice of a rapidly growing e-commerce company with a huge following! We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Coordinator who is bright, engaging, and solutions oriented to work within a fast-paced environment engaging with customers through multiple channels.  

We are seeking candidates with prior customer service experience that are passionate about the fashion space and will go above and beyond to ensure a positive customer experience every step of the way from point of purchase to delivery.

This is a temporary opportunity that may require candidates to work a variety of shifts and be available for work on Saturday and Sunday. Please only consider applying if you have a schedule that allows flexibility.

A TYPICAL DAY:

• Interact with customers in a positive light through a variety of channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media
• Use brand and product knowledge to act as the expert for the customer to increase sales volume
• Troubleshoot with customers with issues that may arise during fulfillment or shipping
• Gather necessary feedback from customers about products, services, systems, etc. and escalate to the appropriate departments
• Maintain accurate information and customer notes within the database
• Build and maintain personal relationships with VIP customers

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• Previous sales, customer service, and/or retail experience is REQUIRED
• Top-notch communication and follow through skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven experience problem solving in a fast-paced setting
• Passionate about sales and improving customer experience
• Team player that is adaptable and reacts positively to change
