A Leading Finance firm with beautiful offices in the heart of the Financial District is looking for a standout candidate to be their next Executive Assistant! In this role, you will provide world-class support to the firm’s brilliant CEO. Duties include complex calendar management and travel planning, coordinating team and client meetings, preparing presentations and project materials, and keeping track of expenses and long-term action items on behalf of the CEO.
