A leading Health & Wellness company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper/Expeditor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate should hold relevant experience in the Textile, Apparel, or Fashion industry and have a strong knowledge of licensing. This opportunity is for someone who can hit the ground running in fast-paced environment that is ever-changing. As the Bookkeeper, you will have the unique opportunity to shape new functions and institute the best practices across the company. They are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and can work in a highly entrepreneurial environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support monthly business planning across cross-functional teams
• Manage AP and AR
• Assist Controller with various duties such as uploading invoices
• Manage and track vendor deliveries
• Assist with cash forecasting
• Liaising with vendors regarding payment status
• Create and maintain P.O and S.O logs
• Manage inventory and reporting
• Manage logistics for material transport, purchasing process, and invoicing

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years college degree in accounting and/or years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in textile or apparel preferred
• Inventory/logistics experience
• Advanced QuickBooks Online expertise
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
