    Job Description

    A Nonprofit University is seeking a confident customer support representative to join their student accounts department. In this role, you will be tasked with answering and receiving calls, responding to emails, and basic tasks such as looking up account balances, refund statuses, and more. This is an onsite, 3-6 month contract opportunity and the compensation is $25/hour. If you’re an energetic self starter looking for their next customer service role we’d love to hear from you!

     

     

    About the Job

     

    • Receive, screen, and answer incoming calls
    • Respond to emails and answer inquiries
    • Look up student account information as needed

     

    About You

     

    • 1+ years of customer service or related experience answering phones
    • Friendly and confident with stellar communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
