Job Description

A prominent tech company based in San Francisco is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Specialist to join their team on a contract basis! In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting highly optimal, customer centric technology solutions built on Salesforce.com for partner communities. We are looking for a creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and strong data management abilities.

This is a 12-month contract role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive entire product lifecycle from gathering requirements, design, implementation to production releases
• Evaluate 3rd party app exchange applications within Salesforce ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to provide technical solutions aligned with complex business needs
• Provide in depth analysis of production issues, resolving in a timely matter and escalating issues when necessary
• Work with stakeholders to analyze business operations and processes to identify KPIs and improve inefficiencies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent years of experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com platform
• Experience in a variety of software development methodologies (agile, hybrid, waterfall)
• Prior CPQ implementation experience
• Good interpersonal communication skills and an affinity to work in a team environment
• Ability to juggle multiple activities at once
• Flexible and adaptable positive attitude
• Experience collaborating with project manager to identify project achievements, tasks, and required resources
