Job Description

Our client, a leading skincare brand, is looking for a Procurement Manager for a 3-month assignment. This is a remote position that will require you to provide subject matter expertise to design, enhance and implement Procurement processes and solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all procurement operational services.
• Manage the implementation of Procurement Policy.
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Understand the current processes and tools environment.
• Collect, analyze, and process data to support the Procurement decision-making process.
• Design and implement the Procure to pay process.
• Engage and manage the internal stakeholders for the P2P process.
• Act as the main point of contact to ensure the compliance for the Procurement process.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field, required.
• 7+ years demonstrated procurement experience, specifically in design and implementing procurement process and tools with focus on Strategic Sourcing methodology.
• Demonstrated strong ability to manage projects.
• Strong knowledge of the P2P (procure to pay) process.
• Experience in planning, sourcing, negotiating, contracting and supplier management.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Expert Excel skills - Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Graphics and extraction of data.
• Experience with eProcurement Solutions.
