SEEKING TEMPORARY REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL AT LEADING FASHION FIRM

Top Fashion Firm has an immediate need for a Real Estate Paralegal. This is a contract role and will start immediately. We are looking for a diligent and performance-driven candidate to provide legal support directly to the Sr. Legal Counsel. In this role, you will utilize your exceptional organizational and communication skills as you proofread legal documents, manage a busy calendar, and act as a liaison to the Board of Directors. Your ability to anticipate rapidly changing priorities, interact with a high-powered legal team and remain calm and resourceful under pressure will ensure your success in this vital role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required

• Paralegal Certificate is highly preferred

• 5 years’ experience as a Paralegal

• Experience with real estate litigation and transactional matters

• Possesses meticulous research and project management skills

• Expert ability to prioritize under shifting deadlines

• Thrives in a deadline-driven environment

• Impeccably detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills

• Possesses a strong sense of urgency and excellent judgment

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
