Job Description

A Well-Known Biotech Company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team on a long-term contract basis. You will need to be equal parts organized, creative, and collaborative as you work with several internal teams and partner companies to build marketing materials and enhance the brand identity for this dominant firm. The ideal candidate for this position is a motivated professional who is eager to take on many roles and excel in every task at hand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage marketing materials and resources
• Review, process, and approve relevant marketing documents and collateral
• Coordinate and meet project timelines and deliverables
• Maintain records of budget, team responsibilities, and project deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams to on improvement projects
• Provide support for team meetings regarding agendas, materials preparation, and communications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing or a related field
• Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience is a must
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• Background in marketing material, project, and document management
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Exceptional organization, writing, and communication skills
