Responsibilities: • Work with buyers and sellers to guide them through the transaction process • Learn and implement proven lead generation and follow-up systems • Conduct client consultations and property showings • Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing • Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication • Attend training and coaching sessions to continue skill development • Participate in team meetings and collaborative growth activities • Represent clients and the brokerage with integrity and professionalism Qualifications: • Must hold or be in process of obtaining a real estate license • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic • Coachable with a willingness to learn proven models and systems • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset • Comfortable with technology and real estate tools • Driven to achieve results and create a sustainable career Compensation: $120,000 at plan
