Responsibilities: • Attend real estate training and coaching sessions • Build and organize client database • Communicate regularly with your database and potential clients • Learn and practice sales conversations and scripts • Intern or collaborate with experienced agents when possible • Complete licensing coursework and preparation for commission-based work • Assist with various business-building activities as needed Qualifications: • Real estate license or actively working toward obtaining one • Sales experience helpful but not required • 18 years of age or older • High school diploma required, college experience preferred • Strong communication skills • Motivated, driven, and committed to building a career in real estate Compensation: $125,000 - $225,000 yearly
