Responsibilities: • Participate in pre-licensing and pre-training sessions to build foundational skills • Learn to communicate effectively with clients and guide them through real estate processes • Attend coaching meetings, group training, and daily accountability sessions • Learn to use KW systems, tools, and models for productivity and organization • Develop professional habits that support consistent activity and long-term growth • Transition into active production once licensed, with support from the coaching team Qualifications: • Active real estate license or currently enrolled in approved pre-licensing coursework • Strong interest in learning, personal growth, and developing a business • Comfortable engaging with people in both group and individual settings • Real estate license required to earn commissions • Coachable, motivated, and willing to follow proven real estate models • Professional communication skills and the ability to stay accountable • Desire to launch a sustainable and results-driven real estate career Compensation: $150,000 at plan earnings
