HOW YOU WILL HELP US FULFILL OUR MISSION

• Proactively manage and respond to a high volume of community members efficiently over the phone

• Recommend community members to appropriate job training programs based on their profile + needs and support them through the application process

• Closely collaborate with Career Karma teammates in a relentless pursuit to better serve our community members and app users by delivering key feedback and identifying new opportunities

• You love talking on the phone and have a passion for helping others find the right resources and empowering them to pursue their dreams

• You have strong digital productivity skills, are very comfortable with sales software, love shortcuts, and always looking to get better/faster on the job as goals are assigned 

• You are organized and are able to meet deadlines, service multiple clients concurrently, and remove dependencies 

• You demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence and are a great communicator who is able to empathize with our community members 

• You love being part of a growing team and you are able to communicate effectively with marketing, product, and engineering teams to exchange feedback and achieve a common goal

DESIRED MULTIPLIERS 

• Prior experience working at a Bootcamp, job training program, a college, or a university in a sales capacity

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both internal and community-facing settings

• Interested in working in a startup OR a fast-growing business in a new division

• Determination and stamina, driving for results in a target-driven environment
