HOW YOU WILL HELP US FULFILL OUR MISSION
Proactively manage and respond to a high volume of community members efficiently over the phone
Recommend community members to appropriate job training programs based on their profile + needs and support them through the application process
Closely collaborate with Career Karma teammates in a relentless pursuit to better serve our community members and app users by delivering key feedback and identifying new opportunities

You love talking on the phone and have a passion for helping others find the right resources and empowering them to pursue their dreams
You have strong digital productivity skills, are very comfortable with sales software, love shortcuts, and always looking to get better/faster on the job as goals are assigned
You are organized and are able to meet deadlines, service multiple clients concurrently, and remove dependencies
You demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence and are a great communicator who is able to empathize with our community members
You love being part of a growing team and you are able to communicate effectively with marketing, product, and engineering teams to exchange feedback and achieve a common goal
DESIRED MULTIPLIERS
Prior experience working at a Bootcamp, job training program, a college, or a university in a sales capacity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both internal and community-facing settings
Interested in working in a startup OR a fast-growing business in a new division
Determination and stamina, driving for results in a target-driven environment
