Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and dedicated Santa Maria based Home Visitation Program Manager (PM). The Home Visitation Program Manager (PM) holds a crucial role in leading and managing home visitation, parent education and support programs across the Central Coast and its neighboring areas. Responsible for overseeing all operational activities, the PM ensures the delivery of high-quality services to our diverse community. This involves guaranteeing that all activities and services comply with program and contractual requirements and are grounded in evidence-based models and parenting curricula such as Healthy Families America (HFA) and Partners for a Healthy Baby. Additionally, the PM provides supervision and guidance to the county-wide team of home visitors, promoting activities that prioritize trauma-informed care, cultural responsiveness, and alignment with our mission and vision.
