    About the Job

    Serve as Director for Quality Management and Infection Control departments for the Hospital. Coordinates quality performance improvement activities across the campus to achieve performance goals. Monitors quality outcomes for the campus and provides necessary reporting to Executive Team as needed. Collaborates with Directors of Quality across the Enterprise for coordination of standards and processes across the organization. Attends and participates in selected department/division meetings, Quality committees, medical staff meetings and MCE. Collaborates with Manager of Accreditation and Patient Safety to ensure and maintain survey readiness. Attends physician peer review process as needed. Manages Infection Control team and monitors adherence to IC standards for the campus.

    About You

    • 7 weeks PTO+ excellent benefits
    • Graduate degree required or bachelor's degree required and willing to obtain master's degree within two years of hire. 
    • Five or more years of quality assurance experience in a leadership role in a health care setting.
    • Acute care experience preferred.
    • Clinical health care experience.
    • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
    • CPHQ preferred.
    • Computer skills, Excel, quality metrics and statistics, The Joint Commission survey, AHCA complaint and survey, QualityNet, team facilitation, data presentation and explanation, NDNQI.
    • Knowledge of The Leapfrog Group and CMS rating requirements and best practices to achieve top ratings.
