We are confidentially assisting a nonprofit organization in Orange County, CA fill a Sr. HR Generalist position.

This position will report to the Director HR who has a mentoring leadership style.  Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-5 years employee relations experience. This position will be about 60% employee relations. LOA knowledge also required.  Additional responsibility over Workers Comp Claims (1-2/month) and Training and Development.
