I'm assisting a well-established bedside ICU, Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine practice fill a Business Development and Operations Manager in Ventura County who can assist with Business Development Strategies to manage our multiple practices, enhance their brand, increase revenue, and develop and strengthen relationships. This individual will oversee practice management, financials, business development and marketing.
We’re looking for an individual who will inspire employees, excel at building relationships, has impeccable oral and written communication skills, has strong finance, accounting, HR, business acumen, and is a creative and analytical thinker.
They will support and advance the firm’s current businesses and assist in further developing our footprint, including telemedicine. They will work with senior management in the development of the group’s strategic business plans and initiatives, leverage existing client relationships, capitalize on new client business opportunities, and achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Individual should be able to ensure the smooth running of the clinical practices, and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
