Nationwide technology management company that is helping companies take control of their overall technology requirements. They’re looking for a Jr Applications Analyst to join their company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily 1st/2nd tier support for designated applications.
• Identify and track application issues in ticketing system - probing end users to get more details/validating and documenting steps to reproduce them.
• Run gap analysis when requested – finding differences between user requirements and system capabilities.
  

Preferred Requirements:

• Microsoft Suite - MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Understanding of concepts, techniques, and standards in systems analysis, along with IT principles and practices.

Pluses:

• Prior ERP or Shipping Application experience.
• Willing to learn new applications and troubleshoot issues.

Salary: 55-65K DOE and Interview Performance

This position is a fully onsite role.
