An established asset intelligence company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team. The company has been in business for 100 years and have a growing department.
This person will work as part of the Analytics team managing clients communicating with multiple levels of client management, building relationships and taking ownership of daily problems and issues.
The role is currently remote but will head back into the office in Culver City, sometime during Q4.
Who you are:
· Expertise with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, SQL)
· Proven track record of managing clients effectively
· Oversee technical details for each client and ensure up to date documentation
· Ability to comprehend technical or engineering concepts and translate to client and/or data team
Salary
Up to 120K (depending on experience and interview performance)
