We're looking for an experienced Operations leader eager to lead and develop the operational processes and strategy at a startup where you will have a real impact on the business. As a key contributor to a critical area in our business, you'll define and implement how we bring our products to our customers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership for employees through effective communications, coaching, training, and development.
• Provide leadership for problem resolution to facilitate fast improvements and improved working relationships
• Develop and implement a culture of continuous improvement
• Assist with internal and external company questions and concerns.
• Implement strategic initiatives by developing plans for new service lines and revenue growth, improving current services and processes, providing innovative thinking, and working with leadership and various teams to execute the plans.
• Work in Cross-functional coordination with executives, product development, marketing and legal to develop KPIs and metrics for account health and projections.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience in an operations or customer success management role, preferably SaaS, ecommerce, or Fintech
• Proven ability to manage numerous accounts at one time while paying strict attention to detail.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge and experience with working with Legal on interpretation of laws, rulings and regulations impacting consumer protections, including (but not limited to) CCPA, CPRA, FCRA, GLBA, CAN-SPAM
